National hazardous chemical enterprise “Key supervision of dangerous processes”

Pure Bio Chemical has completed the introduction of seven high-risk process platforms: hydrogenation, amination, grignard, oxidation, alkylation, diazotization, and sulfonation. They have the production capacity for products with these hazardous processes, and the workshop is fully controlled by DCS and incorporates advanced international safety systems to ensure safety and quality.

Automated production platform

Our workshops is designed in gravity flow, equipped with DCS, SIS, and BATCH systems, safety level approved of L2 authentication. Our modular, pipelined and sealed designed workshops have the capability of high precision and automatic measurement, therefore we are efficient in fast switch and automated production, meanwhile protecting personnel from contacting production material. We also apply the design of OEB4/OEB5 high grade occupational health protection, to guarantee the security of personnel in high toxicity and high activity workshops.

Equipment Process Platform

Pure Bio Medical possesses extensive process technology and capacity, including high temperature reaction platform (max. 150℃), low temperature reaction platform (min. -80℃), high vacuum platform (50PA), resin adsorption platform (2500 SCMH), high strength solvent recovery platform, high activity and sensitization product OEB 4/5 manufacturing platform, TCM extraction platform. 10L-10000L reactors are of 4 materials including titanium, stainless steel, glass lining and glass. Drying models are rake drying, double cone drying, and plate drying. Separation models are centrifuge, two-in-one, and three-in-one, stainless steel or Hastelloy alloy. Grinding models include hammer crusher and fluid energy milling. Based on capabilities listed above, Pure Bio Medical is a platform enterprise capable of flexible production.
